Frequently Asked Questions

  1. If my registered team is unable to provide the necessary document or not selected for the tournament, will I get back my Registration Fee back?

    There will be no refunds made, hence please ensure you and your team-mates have all the necessary documents ready prior to registration.

  2. May I register using my Birth Certificate/Driving License/Student Pass/Etc. instead of my National ID?

    Yes, you may register with those documents.

  3. Can my Team be made up of players from different countries?

    No, it is required that all team members is to be from the same country under the registered country’s National Qualifier. 

  4. I am a Permanent Resident (PR) of the country will I be able to join and represent the country?

    Yes, but only a maximum of 2 PR per team.

  5. How do I submit a scanned copy of my National ID/ Identification/ Passport documents?

    Upon successful registration, the registered Team Leader is required to submit the document via E-mail to pvp@cherrycredits.com to successfully conclude the registration process.

  6. My passport is currently being processed; can I still register for the competition?

    You may still register if your passport will be ready for collection before 23th Mar 2013. You must be able to provide valid evidence of your passport application and collection date. However, kindly note that tournament slots are subjected to availability. Priority will be given to Teams that are able to provide the necessary documents upfront. 

  7. Will we be using our own characters?

    No. All competitors will be given tournament accounts that contain a specific level 50 custom character that was selected during registration.

  8. Is it possible to have 1 inquisitor and 1 crusader in my team?

    No. Duplicate base classes are not allowed in the same team.

  9. Am I allowed to change 1 of the classes in the team line up for the next match?

    No. Team line up is locked after registration.

  10. Will I be provided with any Skill Resets on the custom tournament characters? If yes, how many times can I reset my skill points?

    No skill reset scrolls will be provided.

  11. How do I make payments for the Registration Fee?

    Registrations are done as a complete team. Team Leader who will be representing the entire team is required to have a minimum of 50,000 in his Cherry Account to register.

  12. Am I still able to participate if one of my team members isn’t present before the match?

    No. The match will be considered as a walk-over and the team present will automatically be awarded a win.

  13. How will the team know that their registration is successful?

    Upon submission, team leader will receive an email from pvp@cherrycredits.com for confirming that their team registration is successful.

  14. Will I need to be present at the stated venue for the individual National Qualifiers?

    Yes, all team members are required to be present at the venues.

  15. What if I don’t stay in the stated cities for the National Qualifiers?

    Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements to the stated cities for the National Qualifier.
