Energeyes Guild Showdown 2016

Rules

Registration

  • The Guild Showdown Season 2 is open to everyone at the specified event period.
  • Only players who joined or are already in the guild prior to the closure of registration will be eligible for this event.
  • Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
  • Registration can only be done by the Guild Master. Any non-guild master registering for the guild will be awarded an immediate disqualification.
  • Each team (4v4) must comprise of 4 members from the same guild as well as the Guild Master.
  • Each guild can only send out ONE team to participate in this tournament. Should there be a 2nd or 3rd team from the same guild, that guild will be awarded an immediate disqualification.
  • Players are to ensure that they have a smooth and stable internet connection.
  • Cherry Credits will not be responsible for any forms of disconnection issues by players.
  • In the event of disconnection, the match will continue until the end of the rounds.
  • All participating teams who want to participate in the Guild Showdown Season 2, the respective Guild Master must register their teams in their Cherry Exchange in order for their team to qualify for the event. Teams that fail to do so will not be eligible for the tournament.
  • All teams will need to be fully aware of the tournament dates and timing. Failure to turn up will result in a walk-over and the team present will automatically be awarded a win. Players/Teams who fail to turn-up may be barred from future tournaments.
  • Cherry Credits reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • The Organizer's decision is final.

Team Setup

  • Team arrangement: 5 members in one team (4v4 with 1 player as reserved)
  • Character setup: Any Level / Any Job class once the team application is registered

Restrictions

  • No duplicate characters in 1 basic class (E.g. Sword Master & Mercenary in 1 team)
  • Unable to change the class once the team application is registered

Bugs

  • If any character is caught exploiting any bugs, the team will forfeit that current match.
  • If participants find any suspicious actions during the match, they will need to highlight it to the admin(s) immediately after the match.

Disconnection/Error (Round Mode)

  • Participants are to ensure that they have a smooth and stable internet connection.
  • Cherry Credits will not be responsible for any disconnection issues.
  • In the event of disconnection, the match will continue until the end of the rounds.
  • Players are strongly encouraged to exit any other programs other than the Dragon Nest Client to reduce the risk of disconnection

Others

  • Players are recommended to record their matches in case of any disputes.

Disqualification

  • Team members who fail to turn up for the match can choose to: continue the match with the current players or concede and lose the match.
  • Different players from the registered team playing in the tournament will result in disqualification. (e.g. Players A,B,C,D registered for the tournament but Player F joins the match on the actual day – the result will be an instant disqualification)
